Payment

Payment can be 100% up front, or a 50% down payment, with the rest upon completion. This is your choice, but should be clarified when you request a commission.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund at any point, or if I will if I am unable to complete your commission. You will not receive any unwatermarked artwork if refunded.

• 100% back if it has not been started.

• 50% back if it has been started, regardless of progress.

• 0% if it has been completed. I do not offer refunds or revisions on completed artwork. You are still obligated to pay the the full amount agreed upon.

Copyright & Usage

I, Daisy Todd Draws (Daisy-san/Daisy Brooks/the artist):

• reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. (your characters are still yours, etc.)

• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books. (Unless otherwise outlined while ordering)

You (the customer/commissioner):

• May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels if you tag me and use lower resolution/watermarked artwork if the artwork will be easily downloadable.

  • If you use the work for banners/profile images/etc I ask that you credit me by linking to my carrd or tagging me.

• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)

• You retain the rights to the IP.

• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

• You may NOT use the work outside of what we have agreed the purpose is for without my consent. (emote commissions are only for emotes, overlay assets are only for overlays, etc. Please seek my consent first to use commissioned work in other contexts.)

• You may NOT use the work in any means related to artificial intelligence or NFTs, even if you commissioned it.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

• Claiming the artwork as your own

• Altering the artwork without my consent. (Minor edits such as filters, sharpening or cropping are ok but you must still credit me.)

In some cases, you may be able to later purchase the commercial rights to the image.

Commercial Work

For larger projects, pricing is negotiable. Please don't be afraid to contact me to work on your game/book/etc! I can provide professional references upon request.

Since I work on my own webcomic, I'm hesitant to take on long-term work illustrating comics. I'm open to doing a few pages or covers, but I don't know if I'd want to get involved in an extremely long-running comic.

All listed pricing on my site is for personal use. Again, please contact me directly for commercial use.

I have experience in: comics, visual development (character, prop, & environment), storyboarding, animation (2D & 3D), 3D modeling & rigging, hand-painted textures, & other game asset creation, as well as experience making graphics for twitch. Revisions & WIPs

I will show you a WIP sketch for approval. If you would like more WIPs, you may request one at any point during the commission by contacting me.  I may also send you extra WIPs for feedback if needed.

Please suggest revisions as you receive WIPs, I do not do revisions once the commission is complete. Excessive or complex revisions may cost extra, especially if late in the process.
